A New Name with Decades of Experience
While Humaniti Care Services is a fresh face in the Indiana IDD landscape, our foundation is over half a century deep. Our leadership team was forged in the Area Agencies on Aging network, where we’ve been dedicated to mastering the complexities of Indiana’s home and community-based services.
We’ve taken that institutional knowledge—the kind that only comes from decades of navigating state systems and building community partnerships—and focused it into a specialized agency dedicated to the IDD community. We aren’t just learning the system; we helped build the standards for care in Indiana.
